Late arrivals will reduce service time, and we may charge full price for these services. We understand that at times you may need to reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 100% service charge.

Please note that all Gift Cards are Non-Refundable. All unopened merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. Opened merchandise is Non-Refundable.
